Peter Kreher

Peter Kreher is a founding partner of Kreher & Trapani LLP. After graduating magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2006, Pete was a law clerk for Judge Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and a litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Dechert LLP, two of the largest and most well-respected law firms in the United States.

While at Gibson Dunn and Dechert, Pete gained extensive experience litigating complex financial cases, including large securities class actions, FINRA arbitrations, and shareholder derivative lawsuits arising out of corporate transactions and mismanagement by corporate executives and directors. In addition, Pete has litigated a wide variety of fraud and employment-related cases under the False Claims Act, ERISA and federal and state employment laws.

Frank Trapani

Francesco (Frank) Trapani is a founding partner of Kreher & Trapani LLP. He has significant experience representing clients in class action, employment, and complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide. Frank has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, an honor reserved for only five percent of all Pennsylvania lawyers.

Frank began his legal career in the Philadelphia office of the international law firm of Dechert LLP. He then went on to work for two well-respected boutique litigation law firms in Philadelphia. Throughout his legal career, Frank has aggressively litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of his clients, including cases in the United States Supreme Court. During his legal career, Frank has successfully litigated matters alleging consumer fraud, employment discrimination and professional malpractice.

Prior to attending law school, Frank taught in the Bronx, in one of the most underperforming school districts in New York City. Committed to providing the support and education needed by his students, Frank was able to substantially increase the number of his students performing at or above grade level in just two years. Frank’s experience as an educator helped cement a results-driven mentality that he applies to his work as an attorney today. That results-driven attitude, coupled with his legal experiences, has led Frank to obtain substantial recoveries on behalf of his clients.

Frank received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated at the top of his class (summa cum laude) and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Frank is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and the Justinian Law Society.
